View rarely seen works on paper by artists such as Paul Beadle, Dora Chapman, Robert Hannaford & Nora Heysen and examine their mark making techniques. Students are encouraged to consider an interesting pose for their reference image to be taken on the day. Established artist facilitators will guide students through a series of drawings exploring facial features, mark making, structure, facial planes and tone before beginning their final self-portrait.
