Bequests

Bequests include gifts of cash, whole or percentage of an estate, works of art, real estate, or shares.

Any donor indicating a bequest to AGSA is granted immediate membership of the Foundation. We appreciate the opportunity to acknowledge bequest donors during their lifetime.

There are no membership or administration fees associated with bequests.

To be recognised as a bequest donor, you simply need to let us know that you have remembered AGSA in your will. You can do this in one of the following ways:

• notify us in writing of your intention to make a bequest
• send us a copy of the relevant section of your will
• send us a letter of confirmation from your solicitor

If you are considering leaving a work of art to the Gallery, please contact the AGSA Foundation, as the Gallery acquires works of art in line with its acquisitions policy.
