Auto Renew Membership
Auto Renew is our secure and convenient way to pay your membership fees annually via direct debit. For a limited time receive a special release magnet^ when you sign up for Auto Renew.*
Magnet gift offer is valid from 1 August 2019 – 29 February 2020 or until stocks last.
One magnet will be gifted to new members who sign up during the offer period. New members are defined as those who have never been a member of the Art Gallery of South Australia in the past.
One magnet will be gifted to renewing members:
(a) with memberships that expire during the offer period and
(b) who opt to renew for two years or more or by Auto-Renew* (annual direct debit) and
(c) who renew by the end of the following month in which their membership expires.
Eligible members will receive their magnet in the mail with their new membership card. Joint members receive one magnet per person. While all care will be taken, the Art Gallery of South Australia cannot take responsibility for lost or missing mail or damages incurred during transit.
By signing up to Auto Renew you give permission for your credit card details to be stored in a secure database location where your credit card will be charged annually as a recurring payment. The first payment will be taken at the start of the following month in which you signed up and then annually for the next year of membership at the then-current rate. You will only be notified if there are any changes to the amount or date of your direct debit or if we are unable to process your payment.
Please note that direct debit transactions are processed by our financial institution at the start of the month. Until this time your card may be pre-authorised and you might see the amount as a pending transaction on your bank statement. Funds will be taken at the start of the next month after the transaction is processed.
If you wish to cancel your Auto Renew Membership at any time, please do so at the earliest opportunity and preferably at least 10 working days before your payment is due. You can do so by contacting the Membership Office. Subject to any rights to cancel, Memberships fees are nonrefundable once payment has been received and Membership benefits are not transferable.
The Art Gallery of South Australia is not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer from incorrect or incomplete account details that you have provided to us, or delay by us or your financial institution. The Gallery may be required to disclose information about you that we have collected as part of your Auto Renew Request where such disclosure is required by law or for the purpose of this Agreement. Auto Renew is not available as a payment method when purchasing a gift membership.
