Kynan Tan (b.1988, Perth) is an artist who creates audio-visual installations, computer simulations and 3D printed sculptures. Tan's work tracks and makes visible the the often-incomprehensible movements of data, algorithms, networks and modes of production in today’s digital world. His work explores the emergent anxieties around surveillance, the exploitation of our personal data and the rise of artificial intelligence.
